Death Race 3 Movie - Death Race Inferno Movie

There's a third installment in the high octane Death Race movie franchise that's coming our way. Yep, Director Roel Reine has been working on Death Race 3 aka Death Race Inferno based on a screenplay by Tony Giglio. The film is starring Luke Goss, Danny Trejo, Ving Rhames, Fred Koehler, Robin Shou, Tanit Phoenix, Dougray Scott and Hlubi Mboya. There is no official release date yet.

Plot:
"Convicted cop-killer Carl Lucas, aka Frankenstein, is a superstar driver in the brutal prison yard demolition derby known as Death Race. Only one victory away from winning freedom for himself and his pit crew, Lucas is plunged into an all-new competition more vicious than anything he has experienced before. Pitted against his most ruthless adversaries ever, Lucas fights to keep himself and his team alive in a race in South Africa’s infernal Kalahari Desert. With powerful forces at work behind the scenes to ensure his defeat, will Lucas’ determination to win at all costs mean the end of the road for him?"

The vehicles look awesome, and I do dig the desert setting: can't wait to see the race though the dry mountain and the dunes. But am even more interested in seeing Tanit Phoenix on screen because she's a real cutie!
